You get wrinkles because you produce less and less elastin as you age. Foods can help fight the process, but I say go with the flow and learn to love your new look. You will be much happier aging gracefully than fighting a life long losing battle against nature.

I’ve found this great cream, Prescriptives Intensive Rebuilding Moisturizer. It’s very expensive, but the up side is you only use a teeny drop (about the size of a dime) for each application. Each small jar lasts me about six months.
Combine that with a good cleanser containing glycolic acid.

The best way to treat wrinkles is to stop worrying about them. It’s perfectly acceptable as you age and the beauty is skin deep.It also adds a nice touch of character.A touch of vaseline mixed with a little moisturizer will soften your skin, just put some on at night. This will relax your skin while you are sleeping and I’m sure your beauty will shine through.

Be gentle with your skin and it will go a long way in keeping it smooth and supple. Gently massage the face with glycerin-honey mixture. Dip a cotton pad in unbeaten egg white, and smooth it across wrinkles. Leave it on for an hour and remove it with a cotton dipped in ice-cold water.
