Will squinting ones eyes frequently cause them to develope facial wrinkles?

Yes. My mother always wears sunglasses even if it is not that sunny. As a result she has no wrinkles around her eyes even though she is 57. Her eyes are more sensitive to sunlight, however.
So, just wear sunglasses.

YES! If it’s because you can’t see very well then get glasses or contacts. If it’s because it’s too bright, wear sunglasses. If it’s out of habit, then do what you can to break it. No need for wrinkles before your time!!!

Why is this question in Dining Out?
Would it not be better in the Beauty Section for anti-wrinkle ideas or how about Health so you can be told to have an eye exam
