Anit wrinkle facial cream?
by admin on Apr.14, 2010, under facial wrinkle
What anti aging cream would you recommend?
There are so many anti wrinkle creams on the market today that it’s really hard to know which one actually works. Good news is, you don’t have to spend a fortune to look younger and take care of your skin. The 2 major creams that have taken the UK by storm so far are Aldi anti wrinkle cream (which came as a bit of a surprise to everyone) and Boots No7 protect and perfect. Here are reviews on them both. If you scour the internet you can find more. As companies are always trying to tell you that their product is "the best" I’d advise reading reviews from real people.

ONE MINUTE TO WEALTH If you only have one minute to learn how to sort your finances, forget the rest and read this.
>> Our 8-step plan
Some women hand over hundreds of pounds for creams that promise to smooth out their wrinkles.
Others prefer to pay £1.89. Aldi’s own label anti-wrinkle cream is flying off the cut-price supermarket’s shelves after winning a host of awards.
Siana Moisturising Anti-Wrinkle Day Cream, to give the product its full title, has beaten more expensive beauty heavyweights such as Helena Rubenstein, Olay and Elemis, to be named one of the best anti-ageing products on the market.
Woman’s Own magazine said it was ‘as good as the pricier products from well-known names’ and added: ‘Beauty industry tongues are wagging because it is so cheap and really works’.
Two thousand volunteers blind-tested the day cream for another magazine and voted it one of the most effective complexion smoothers. ‘I was asked if I’d had a facial,’ one enthused. ‘I think it must be expensive.’
At the beginning of the year, 890 jars a week were being sold nationwide at Aldi. Now more than 20,000 a week are being packed into trolleys, with dozens of branches selling out.
Manufacturers say the cream includes all the same ingredients as more expensive potions, including the enzyme Q10, which mimics the body’s ability to protect against premature aging.
The night version includes retinol complex to stimulate cell growth.
Aldi’s cream follows the success of the £17 Boots No 7 Protect and Perfect Beauty Serum which was a sell-out last year.

I am a great fan of Boots no 7 beauty products so when Horizon recently tested anti-aging products and found that one made by Boots to be the best I was not surprised.
The product in question is Boots No 7 protect and Perfect beauty serum. I have been using this for several months now and the Horizon findings just confirmed my thoughts on this little miracle-it works!
I first came across perfect and Protect serum when I was browsing around my local Boots shop clutching a £5 voucher. The sales assistant confirmed my choice by telling me she loved the product and she looked pretty good to me!
Open the outer box and a smooth clear glass bottle is revealed. The serum itself is white. The bottle has a pump action, which is sometimes a bit slow to react!
The serum itself has a silky feel to it. To be honest when I first tried it I thought it felt a bit watery on my finger. However it glides onto the face easily and my skin felt instantly better the first time I used it. It sounds a bit cliché but my skin really did feel hydrated and softer.
The serum is easily absorbed and is not greasy at all.Pretect and Perfect dosn’t really have any scent to it and as its hypoallergenic I guess it has no perfume.
The product information suggests you first cleanse and tone your face before applying protect and perfect. I am lazy where beauty routines are concerned and only cleanse my face first. I don’t use a toner so don’t know if the results would be even better if I did! I also use Boots uplifting moisturiser before applying protect and perfect. You only need a pea-sized amount of this cream so a 30ml bottle will last for ages.
I have also found that my foundation goes on better after using protect and perfect-another bonus!
I can honestly say that I have noticed a big difference since using protect and perfect. My skin looks brighter and fine lines are less noticeable. I would highly recommend it!
How does it work?
******************
As I am a bit of a cynic as far as beauty product claims are concerned I thought I would look at the evidence about this serum for myself. I didn’t see the Horizon programme but read about the research later. Professor Lesley Regan a well-respected medical expert looked into several anti-aging products and found that the best was Boots protect and perfect-go Boots! She asked Professor Chris Griffith to carry out independent research into the product. He was able to prove scientifically that this product works!
Protect and perfect can actually repair photo-aged skin. This has to be great news for millions of women!
Protect and perfect contains Retinol a form of vitamin A. Retinol is used in acne treatment and is absorbed through the skin and increases the rate of cell renewal.
Protect and perfect also contains levels of collagen boosting ingredients to smooth out fine lines and help the skin to feel and appear firmer.
I really can’t think of anything negative to say about this product. It is easy to use, improves the look and feel of my face and is not too expensive.
I have been using protect and perfect for several months now and will continue to do so. I paid about £16 for my bottle and it is often on buy 2 get one free. Due to all the hype about this product it is currently very difficult to get hold of. Once Boots have more stock I would suggest you try it out for yourself!
I’m 15 so wouldn’t know which one works best, but my mum is obsessed with these creams and stuff. Since all the hype about No7 Protect and Perfect she’s started using it, even though she used to use Dior creams. She’s told me that she actually thinks the No7 one is better, as you can actually see a difference. All I can say is don’t trust the people trying to sell you their product, as you can’t know for definate whether it works when they’re just trying to make money.
Hope that helps!

Good Anti Aging cream for under eye wrinkles?
by admin on Apr.01, 2010, under under eye wrinkles
I have a few wrinkles under my eyes, it’s not bad but I’m pretty young for wrinkles, what’s a good cream to prevent and help my wrinkles?
Why is an under eye wrinkle cream a very important part of your skin care routine. The skin around your eyes is the thinnest skin on your face. Thus, it will show the lines and wrinkles much sooner than other areas of your face. Now, all creams are not created the same, thus they will not work as effectively as others do.
There are several reasons why lines and wrinkles develop on our skin. The main one is due to a loss of collagen and elastin. Collagen is a fiber like protein that gives our skin its structure. Elastin is a protein that provides elasticity to our skin. When you are younger, your body produces an abundance of these proteins. However, as you age your body stops producing these proteins. This can lead to the formation of lines and wrinkles.
Another reason that lines form thus causing us to use an under eye wrinkle cream is the formation of free radicals. The suns ultraviolet rays can cause these chemical molecules to form. They move around the body and cause damage to our skin cells.
A good under eye wrinkle cream will contain specific natural ingredients that will address the causes of the lines forming. In addition, it will be rich in antioxidants to help destroy the free radicals.
Most under eye wrinkle cream products do not contain the necessary ingredients to repair the damage caused by the main causes of lines and wrinkles forming.
A very effective substance that is not used in many under eye wrinkle cream products in North America is called Eyeliss™. Many European skin care companies are using it though. It helps to reduce puffiness and bags from under the eyes. Do not worry though, these skin care products are available online for everyone.
The ingredients in this substance are antioxidants and protein peptides that help to stimulate the re-production of new cells, which thus increases thickness and reduces wrinkles.
The best under eye wrinkle cream products will be free of fragrances, artificial preservatives and mineral oils. None of these substances is good for your skin. They can cause skin irritations, allergic reactions and in the case of some preservatives, the potential is there to cause cancer.

At what age should I start using anti aging/anti wrinkle creams?
by admin on Mar.29, 2010, under best wrinkle creams
I’m 25 now and lately I’ve been thinking about starting a nightly routine of anti wrinkle / anti aging cream. Is it too soon or better to start now than when I actually have wrinkles? Also, what’s the best product to use?
It’s never too early. The most important thing is sunscreen!
Sun damage starts when you are exposed to the sun which is usually when you are a baby unless you’ve never been outside since.
Don’t listen to the comments that wrinkles start when your 30+, because once they start it’s too late and it means you haven’t been taking care of yourself! You’ll thank me when you’re 35 and wrinkle free!
What have you found to be the best product to help reduce facial wrinkles?
by admin on Mar.28, 2010, under facial wrinkle
After a great deal of research and experimentation I found only one treatment that is a truly effective and safe one for wrinkles and lines and also for sagging skin.and for revitalizing the skin. It can truly rejuvenate face. And all for a modest cost as It’s using only NATURAL products. It does not just fade lines and wrinkles a little, it greatly minimizes them and can prevent new ones forming and it works wonders at tightening sagging skin. It’s been a little known family secret handed down from one generation to the next which basically uses natural oils and a special self massage technique. I have given very detailed info about in my many Best Answers(wrinkles, lines, anti aging, rejuvenation, etc.) It has received glowing reports from users. If you research my answers you will find the info. If you cannot, I will gladly email you the full instructions.
If you do suitable Google searches" Do anti aging products work?" "Anti aging creams, lotions a scam?" etc.
You will find many are scams and many others simply fail to do what is claimed.and some even contain skin harming, skin aging and even health harming ingredients. I can be emailed

Is it good to use wrinkle creams and products?
by admin on Mar.06, 2010, under best wrinkle creams
Im 13 and i might start using wrinkle creams and products, does it prevent future wrinkles?
*Many, if not most, anti aging creams and products are skin harming and skin aging and can cause severe irritation, even cause acne and worse. (See sites below). Many have been pulled from market in Europe because of cancer causing concerns. Anything that you simply apply to skin is going to do very little, if anything at all to prevent wrinkles . And so many of these products`are ridiculously priced – they waste your money and harm you!
A nationwide survey of users of anti aging products found less than 50% said they were effective.(see below)
I have had remarkable success using safe, modest cost essential oils and brisk massage. Oils nourish skin with many age stalling beneficial nutrients. Even the first day skin will look healthier, revitalized and have a glow. It will greatly firm and keep skin tight and will also heal many skin conditions rid you of all blemishes and give you a clear skin

What is the best drugstore cream to get rid of under eye wrinkles?
by admin on Jan.21, 2010, under under eye wrinkles
I’m only 17 but i have under eye wrinkles from squinting and pulling on my eyes and they REALLY bother me. so what is a good cream to get rid of them?
Since your still young, you should try an anti-aging cream. There are a lot of different ones at the drug store, but I highly recommend dermology. I found a link that is providing a 1 month sample for free, so you should try it out and see if it works for you.
Best of luck!
